C4 Nambucca started because the Nambucca Valley deserved a proper martial arts gym, one that was local, welcoming, and run by coaches who actually care about the people they train.
We're an affiliate of C4 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, operating independently right here in Nambucca Heads. Two dedicated coaches. Two disciplines done properly. This is our gym, our community, and our valley.

No Ego
You tap, you learn, you go again. The best people in this gym are the ones who check their ego at the door and help others get better.
Beginners Always Welcome
There's no expectation of prior experience. Classes are structured so people starting from zero can follow along and improve from session one.
Community First
This is a local gym in a small community. The people you train with are your neighbours. We treat the gym like it matters. Because it does.
Conceptual Coaching
We teach technique with an emphasis on understanding the why. Not just drills. actual comprehension of how and when each concept applies.

C4 Nambucca is a separate, independently operated affiliate of C4 Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and MMA. We are not C4 Coffs Harbour.
If you're based in the Nambucca Valley (Nambucca Heads, Macksville, Bowraville, Valla Beach, or Scotts Head, this is your local gym. You don't need to drive to Coffs.
